---The heart of this station is Samsung microcomputer processor and PID technology to trace temperatures on air gun and iron in real time and compensate temp precisely and quickly by built-in PID control program. So keeping temperature stability within 1oC and quick temperature rising to set value in a few seconds. ESD design on soldering iron section can protect sensitive components. 

---Designed for SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA and temperature-sensitive components. Soldering iron with anti-static design to prevent electrostatic damage on dedicated SMA components. Very good for electronics product, such as cell phones and smart handsets repair.

---Two large 3-digit LCD displays to show actual temperatures. Easy to set, easy to control and easy to read. All under your visual control.

---Powerful on air gun, 640W. Brushless fan in hot air gun provides large airflow to 120 Liter/min, 5 times larger in flow rate than diaphragm pump. Easy adjust the hot airflow with knob.
 

---Enhanced safety features. Full intelligence self-detection functions on air gun and iron to provide safe operation mode. Sensor on handle leads to operating mode (high temp) when picked up or to standby mode (low temp) when laid down. Avoid accident caused by human mistake.

---The air gun automatically enters standby when the temperature is less than 70oC threshold.

---With short circuit, open circuit, over-temp and over-load protection.

---Automatic cooling function for effectively prolonging the heater's life and protecting the hot air gun.
